Key Vista Capable ruling due in mid-February

While news of Microsoft's layoffs kept me from attending oral arguments in the ongoing Vista Capable class-action lawsuit today, I was told by a Microsoft spokesman that U.S. District Court Judge Marsha Pechman said she would issue a written ruling on the company's efforts to dismiss the suit in 2 1/2 weeks.
