For all of those that saw Storm center Janell Burse's alleged All-Star jersey on the Wet, yep it was legit and sources offer no explanation for Burse not being the team despite leading by more than 10,000 after the second returns. Some insiders think the WNBA cherry-picks its stars, even if it comes to shaving the (Storm) fan vote, which completed all of its paper ballots for the third consecutive season.
Others believe games are thrown to help ticket sells. Well, the NBA is being investigated. It's hard to believe any WNBA official is making it rich throwing games, but...
