Call him "Five-Hole"
Posted by Jose Romero
I don't recall whom it was, but someone who either commented or emailed me mentioned a nickname for Brad Evans, "Five-Hole."
I'm watching the FSN replay of Saturday's game and right after Evans scores his goal, he's running while holding up five fingers while saying "Five hole, five hole!"
Meaning that he has a knack for finding the open spot between the GK's legs. He scored Saturday that way, and also in the opener in similar fashion.
UPDATE 12:51 Tuesday...Thanks to Rick Morrison, who illustrates my point perfectly with this photo...
