Peter Vagenas coming along

It seems Vagenas, a Sounders FC midfielder recovering from knee surgery, could be a week to two weeks away from taking part in a full practice.
I spoke with Peter over the phone today. He was riding an exercise bike after practice.
He said the hard part mentally for him was being so close to his teammates at practice but not being able to participate. Vagenas also said the team's acquisition of Tyrone Marshall, a friend of his, was a "big plus."
"It feels OK to run on," Vagenas said his left knee. He'll keep working on the side during practice for the time being.
