Kirk to Seattle?
Posted by Jose Romero
I first saw this on GoSounders.com so good work by them. Here's a post from Steven Goff's DC United blog about Quavas Kirk, who could be slated to join Sounders FC soon. Info is at the bottom.

DCU Scheduling Change, Kirk Update
MLS has not even released the complete regular season league schedule yet, and already there has been a change to D.C. United's previously announced home opener on March 28 at RFK Stadium: The opponent will be the Chicago Fire, not the San Jose Earthquakes. Kickoff is 7:30 p.m.
The league is planning to unveil the full calendar sometime next week.
As for DCU's preseason plans, the "to-be-determined" gap in the schedule is tentatively set to be a trip to Puerto Rico Feb. 18-25 for training and perhaps a friendly against an undetermined opponent. Final details are being worked out and, barring complications, an official announcement will probably be made soon.
On a roster note, midfielder Quavas Kirk, who was not invited back for training camp, is expected to begin a trial with the Seattle Sounders.
