Stern and relocation committee visit OKC

Commissioner David Stern and the relocation committee that's going to make a recommendation on Clay Bennett's bid to move the Sonics to Oklahoma City are visiting the Sooner State today.
Before their arrival, the OKC City Council unanimously approved a preliminary 15-year lease agreement with the Sonics, contingent on the team's proposed relocation.

On Monday, Bennett's spokesman confirmed a report that the Sonics chairman told major sponsors he's willing to leave behind the team's name, history, colors and logo if he can free himself from the KeyArena lease. Read our story here.
And finally, TNT is in town this week filming for an upcoming report about the Sonics situation. They are interviewing several people, including the "Save Our Sonics" folks, various fans and will attend Wednesday's game.
***UPDATE 4:35 p.m.*** The Oklahoman posted a story which says the relocation will likely recommend the move to Oklahoma City. Here's the link.
