Reinfeldt, Webster candidates in Tennessee Posted by Danny O'Neil at 2:33 PM The Titans asked the Seahawks for permission to talk to Mike Reinfeldt and Ruston Webster about Tennessee's general-manager position. Reinfeldt is the Seahawks' vice president of football administration, and considered one of the league's premier planners in terms of salary-cap structure. Webster is the vice president of player personnel, someone Seahawks president/GM Tim Ruskell knew from working with in Tampa Bay. The Seahawks granted permission for both to speak with Tennessee.
