What Brown did for you

Posted by Jose Romero at 2:31 PM

Seahawks kicker Josh Brown will be named the NFC Special Teams Player of the Week for Week 12. That will be officially announced tomorrow.

Brown made all four of his field goal tries in the Seahawks 34-24 win over the Green Bay Packers last night. He did so in snow and cold temperatures the likes of which have never been seen at a Seahawks home game before.

Brown is 18-for-22 on field goals this season and has made 8 of 10 tries from 40 or more yards, including two on Monday. This is Brown's second time as NFC Special Teams Player of the Week this season [Week 6] and third time in his four-year career.
