OK. You've got to see this. Jarron Gilbert, a defensive lineman from San Jose State, performs what can only be described as a freaky exhibition of strength.
So there you have it. Jarron "The dude who jumped out of the pool" Gilbert. Listen to him talk about his explanation.
Gilbert's father, Daren, played at Cal State-Fullerton, and played defensive offensive tackle for the New Orleans Saints (1985-1988). Jarron Gilbert played both tackle and defensive end at San Jose State and is considered a versatile -- and obviously athletic -- defensive prospect.
[Update: The note initially stated Daren was a defensive tackle. Not true. He played offensive tackle.]
