Santana Moss fined $5,000 for his swipe at Josh Wilson

Santana Moss' open-handed whack to Josh Wilson's helmet cost Washington 15 yards during last week's game. The swipe cost him $5,000 in the form of a fine, which was levied by the league on Friday.
