Video: Charlie Frye has a long day of work

Matt Hasselbeck wore a black legging on his right leg and a baseball cap as he watched Wednesday's practice. Seneca Wallace was out with an injured calf. That left No. 5, Charlie Frye, to make all of the throws for both the first-unit offense and the scout team during Wednesday's practice.
