Coach Mike Holmgren is back with the team for practice today. Just saw him walk out of the facility onto the field. He seems to be in good spirits after what the team called a "minor medical procedure" on Monday that had Holmgren absent Monday and Tuesday.
Also, I just got confirmation that the first practice of training camp is July 25 in Kirkland, with veterans required to arrive on July 24 and rookies two days earlier. The team will move to its new digs in Renton some time in August.
