Mike Holmgren absent from practice
Posted by Danny O'Neil
Coach Mike Holmgren underwent a minor medical procedure and was not present for the Seahawks' voluntary workout Monday morning. Gil Haskell was in charge of practice in Holmgren's absence.
Holmgren is expected back for Tuesday's workout.
In other attendance news, LB Lance Laury and P Ryan Plackemeier did not participate in Monday's workout.
Also, Ray Willis worked with the first unit at right tackle with Sean Locklear moving from the right side to the left in the absence of Floyd Womack and Walter Jones. Rob Sims, who is coming off of minor knee surgery, got some snaps with the first unit at right guard in his first action in more than a month.
