Lofa Tatupu to be arraigned on June 17

Lofa Tatupu is scheduled to be arraigned on June 17, which is when he will officially be charged with driving while intoxicated. Here's the link to our news story. Tatupu's lawyer is likely to enter a plea of not guilty and the case would then be scheduled for a pre-trial hearing.
Tatupu was arrested in Kirkland on May 10 after taking three field-sobriety tests and declining to take a portable breath test.
