Clarification on Brian Urlacher's contract

The mention of Lofa Tatupu's new contract being comparable to Brian Urlacher's deal relates to the timing of the new deals. Each signed a new deal with two years remaining on the rookie contract, the final two years of those deals essentially torn up and replaced.
That comparison doesn't necessarily extend to the amounts and structure of the contracts.
