Sights and Sounds: Day 1

We already did a "Sights and Sounds" segment at the Erik Bedard press conference last week. This latest video will be a series of clips designed to give you a feel for what today's morning session for pitchers and catchers was like. You'll see some good video of knuckleballer R.A. Dickey (wearing No. 41) warming up in the bullpen. Of an exchange between catcher Kenji Johjima and manager John McLaren. You'll also see Jeff Clement and some other young catchers being schooled on their technique towards the end of the video. Sit back and enjoy.
