After a brutal start, the Huskies were at least hanging around until the last two minutes of the first half. But UCLA scored the last nine points of the half, including a three-pointer by Arron Afflalo as it ended, to take a 47-33 halftime lead.

UCLA led here 40-28 a year ago, but this feels a little different. UW's offense seems a little disjointed --- Justin Dentmon has three turnovers and is just 1-5 shooting and the Huskies are 1-5 on three-pointers after making 13-26 against USC Thursday.

UW has to figure out a way to slow down Afflalo, who has 20 points. He's been hot against everyone who's covered him, mostly Adrian Oliver and Phil Nelson.
