Mike Moser to UCLA
Posted by Bob Condotta
From the rich-get-richer file, Portland forward Mike Moser has committed to UCLA.
He had originally committed to Arizona, then decommitted after the retirement of Lute Olson. He had mentioned UW as a school he was considering, though it sounded like a long shot all along, and UW didn't appear to have room for him, anyway. UW coach Lorenzo Romar said last week the team was done recruiting in the early period.
But this is another tough blow for Arizona, which also lost Abdul Gaddy after the retirement of Olson --- Gaddy signed with the Huskies, meaning not only did the Wildcats get weaker but two of their Pac-10 competitors got stronger.
