Findlay College Prep today sent out this release announcing the commitment of Clarence Trent to UW along with some links to some highlights.

Here is the release:

Findlay College Prep forward Clarence Trent has committed to the University of Washington. The 6'8, 230 lb. forward out of Tacoma, WA is the fourth Division I commitment from the 2008-09 Findlay program.
Avery Bradley has committed to Texas, D.J. Richardson committed to Illinois and Carlos Lopez committed to UNLV.

Trent is currently rated the #42 overall by ESPN.com and the #14 PF. CSTV has him the #45 player in 2009 while ScoutHoops.com ranks him #77. Hoopmasters ranks Clarence #87 and Rivals has him at #143.

Clarence chose to return to his native Washington over California after visiting both schools. Clarence averaged 12 points, 8 rebounds, 2 blocks as junior for the 2007-08 Findlay program that went 32-1. He is
one of 5 seniors for Findlay this season along with Avery Bradley, D.J. Richardson, Carlos Lopez, and Victor Rudd.
