Rose City Showcase roundup
Posted by Bob Condotta
A few of you asked for some info on the Rose City Showcase in Portland over the weekend.
I wasn't able to attend, but here are some links.
Team Rebook, with players largely from back East, beat Seattle-based Friends of Hoop in the title game 82-74 despite what sounded like a good game from Aaron Dotson of Rainier Beach.
Seattle Rotary was beaten handily in the third-place game, but played that game without three of its top players, including Peyton Siva.
The Oregonian's high school sports blog had comprehensive coverage of the event.
