UCLA's Stanback to transfer
Posted by Bob Condotta
UCLA's roster overhaul continued today with the news that freshman forward Chace Stanback has decided to transfer.
Here are details from the LA Daily News.
Stanback, who went to high school in Los Angeles, is a cousin of former Husky quarterback Isaiah Stanback.
Chace Stanback had UW on his list of five finalists before choosing UCLA in April of 2006. The story doesn't mention where Stanback might be looking now and I have no idea if UW is an option, but I would point out again that UW has no room for scholarship players for next season.
