We have a winner
Posted by Bob Condotta
The first (maybe annual?) Husky Men's Basketball Blog NCAA Tournament Pool (got to come up with a better name) is over and we have a winner --- Chris Wofford, who correctly picked Kansas to take the whole thing and also correctly picked all four of the Final Four.
I finished in a dropping-like-a-rock 32nd place after picking UCLA and North Carolina to advance to the Final.
For those who played and have a password, you can also access the bracket of the guy who won the entire ESPN tournament here. His big master stroke was picking Davidson to get to the Elite Eight. He also got almost a direct hit on the final, calling for Kansas to win 77-71 (real final was 75-68).
Otherwise, however, he mostly just picked a lot of the higher seeds to win, pointing out that it was a pretty by-the-book tournament that other than Davidson and the final game and a few buzzer beaters here and there, didn't yield a lot of memorable moments.
Thanks again to Matty Simone for organizing this, and our winner should contact me privately about our (alleged?) prize.

Thanks Matty. I will do better next year.
