On to the stories:

--- My story for the paper today included Ryan Appleby's thoughts on what he is expected to face at Mac Court this week as well as a condensed version of the web story yesterday on the Tim Morris-Alfred Aboya deal.

--- As the Huskies head to Mac Court, there is a lot of news about Oregon's attempts to build a new arena.

--- The Eugene Register-Guard examines Oregon's NCAA hopes while also giving an injury update on the Ducks.

--- The RG's Ducks blog also has some news.

---- The Huskies will also play at Oregon State on this trip, heading to Corvallis on Saturday. They won't see former Rainier Beach star C.J. Giles there as he was kicked off the team by interim coach Kevin Mouton following the team's game against the Huskies last month. But the Eugene Register-Guard reports today that Giles is still in school and hoping to convince whoever becomes OSU's new coach to let him back on the team.

--- Jon Wilner's College Hotline has lots of good stuff on the Pac-10.

Who here belives Kelvin Sampson was windex clean during his 10 years in Pullman. This would be an opportune time for a non-reduntant expose for muckraker central. What say you Condi?

I agree! I think the Seattle Times should do an expose on minor recruiting violations of WSU's BB team in the 80's and early 90's! I think it would be exactly the same thing as a prosecutor, a school, and a coach covering up rape and other felonies. That is a great post!

I agree w/ ed.

Nothing minor about what has bwith Seen going on with Sampson. It would be interest to see see where his compulsive breaking of rules started at continued unchecked.

Expose Time!

Seed: Absolutely right! If there violations in recruiting it's as egregious as rape!

Was Stevens guilty of rape? Must've missed that 'lil tidbit amidst the ocean of innuendo.

Jason - If people on here are going to talk about the cougs, then they can expect a response from the cougs. That should be expected. Also, to all Husky fans (especially eduarad and seed), it's pathetic to see you continually trying to bring WSU into your mess.

Tacoma Coug - People go to WSU because they've messed up their lives at a young age. Pullman is one big mess.

Theres a reason why wazzu is located at a safe distance from civilization.

Funny how you say Appleby did nothing to deserve the hit from Brooks...except ELBOW HIM IN THE MOUTH AND TAUNT HIM ABOUT IT.
Paybacks are hell!!
