Braunstein to play in Tri-Cities
Posted by Bob Condotta
Tuesday marked the two-year anniversary of the "Suddenly Senior'' loss to Stanford that marked something of a turning point for UW coach Tyrone Willingham at Washington.
And maybe somewhat fittingly, one of the players at the center of that controversy, Michael Braunstein, is back in the news. The Tri-City Herald is reporting today that Braunstein has signed to play with the Tri-Cities Fever of arenafootball2. (Though the headline is slightly in error as Braunstein never did any punting for the Huskies).
The team plays its first game March 20, so the season isn't really that far away.
