Spring practice on the horizon
Posted by Bob Condotta
We're now just nine days away from spring practice beginning at Washington, and we'll start ramping up our coverage here in the next few days with a look at some of the key position battles and questions facing the Huskies.
Until then, here are some spring notes from some of UW's opponents this fall:
--- Oklahoma returned to the field this week after taking 11 days off for spring break. Here's a good look at all that has happened at Oklahoma so far this spring. The Sooners will have an open scrimmage Saturday.
--- Arizona has also returned to the field after taking some time off for spring break.
--- USC begins spring practice today and the LA Times presents this primer.
--- Arizona State also starts this week and the school's web site has this overview.
--- UCLA begins its first spring under Rick Neuheisel next week on the same day as the Huskies.
All for now.
