A look at Arizona
Posted by Bob Condotta
With the Huskies still a few weeks away from the beginning of spring drills there's a bit of a lull in news emanating from Montlake.
So thought I'd begin passing along news from some of UW's opponents, most of whom will start up spring drills long before UW.
Among Pac-10 teams is Arizona, which held its first practice Saturday (Stanford has already begun drills as well).
Here's a good look at the questions that face the Wildcats as they hit the field this spring from the Tucson Citizen.
And for coaches on the hot seat, Mike Stoops at least has a non-conference schedule to like --- Idaho and Toledo at home and New Mexico on the road. If he's not 3-0 after that, that seat may go up in flames.
