Blood on the court

Might as well call it a quadruple timeout these days. But they're back into it again, here at the start of the third period.

"Go, go Eagles..." the Cleveland cheer squad chants to a 28-25 lead. Patrick Frost gets a bucket for the Islanders to decrease its deficit to 1 and then the Islanders get the go-ahead bucket off a layin by Noah Blakney. He converts a foul shot and the place has come alive and Mercer Island leads 30-28.

An Islanders fan sits across court with a few buddies wearing his school colors and a coonskin cap. His buddy sitting next to him looks like Ben Stiller's tennis-playing brother in Royal Tenebaums with his headband holding his mop of hair back.
