This morning, in one of those smart-alecky things reporters write, I said that you'd know that Dino Rossi's non-profit foundation was taking off when you see goats on the side of the freeway. And now, the day not even over, an attentive reader sends along this headline from the Federal Way News:

Is that why the Seattle City Council approved pygmy goats for home pet status? They were anticipating a Rossi victory this fall.

There you have it! A ROssi plan in action. A man that listens to his constituents. They wanted goats, they got goats.
Had it been Gregoire, there would be no goats, just over paid state workers doing much the same - eating and sleeping on the job. When the job wasn't done, Gregoire would blame it on some flunkie and somehow the state would be on the hook for millions.

I don't have a problem with goats on the side of the road.
But flying pigs would really freaks me out.

I'd be part of the Goat Owners Party if it means we'll finally get good solutions from government, instead of making our state worse.
