700 MHz auction update

The Washington Post has a good update on the 700 MHz auction. The story can be found here.

The good news is that a bidder has exceeded the reserve price, which could ensure an open network. Bad news is that there has only been a single bid for the public safety spectrum. And that bid came in under the asking price.
