Victim of beating by deputy speaks out on TV

The teenage girl who is seen in a video being beating at the hands of a King County sheriff's deputy in a holding cell in SeaTac was interviewed this morning on the CBS morning program "The Early Show."

The 15-year-old girl, who appeared on the show with her father, described the attack as "horrible."

The deputy, Paul Schene, 31, of Auburn, is accused of assaulting the girl in the November attack. He was charged with fourth-degree assault for allegedly kicking the girl in the abdomen, slamming her against a wall and pulling her hair. He is on paid administrative leave.
