Microsoft's new "Fix It" buttons simplify Windows fixes

Cnet's Ina Fried has a nice story today on the new "Fix It" buttons that Microsoft is adding to its help and support pages.
The buttons launch a wizard that fixes some common issues with Windows. It's simpler than working through the written instructions, although that option is still available.
"If we know what those 15 steps are why shouldn't we just script it," Lori Brownell, Microsoft's general manager of product quality and online support, told Fried.
The story said Fix It buttons began appearing in December and there are now about 100 in place.
What a great improvement.
But it still takes more than a single click - when you hit the "Fix It" button, a download begins. You then have to click "run" and click through a wizard to get it done.
Here's a screenshot showing the Fix It button you can click to restore the Internet Explorer icon to your desktop:
