CES: T-Mobile to offer Moto phone made of recycled water bottles
Posted by Brier Dudley
Of course it's green. The Moto W233 Renew also comes with a prepaid envelope you can use to send Motorola your old phone for recycling.
But the catchiest thing about this phone, being introduced at CES, is that its housing is made of recycled water bottles and can itself be recycled.
Motorola claims the device is carbon neutral, because it's buying offsets from Carbonfund.org.
T-Mobile USA will be the first carrier to offer the Renew this quarter. No word on whether it will include a Prius docking attachment.
