Ventures hiring at C-level (some at least)

Catching up on a few HR tidbits:
Market researcher Global Market Insite hired Microsoft veteran Luis Salazar as chief marketing officer "to execute on the company's vision for the next generation of global online research solutions." Salazar spent 11 years at Microsoft, most recently co-founding Office Live, and also advises Voyager Capital.
Seattle's WidgetBucks, an online ad network, announced that it hired "Internet startup 'exit' veteran Jeff Bergstrom" as chief financial officer.
If anyone missed the wink wink, nudge nudge implication there, the release noted that Bergstrom "has managed multi-billion-dollar acquisitions and mergers, facilitated private equity transactions, and navigated business finances during tough macro-economic times. In all, Bergstrom has built and sold three tech and Internet companies resulting in over $2.2B in shareholder value."
Bergstrom was previously CFO of PowerTech Group, a security software company recently sold to Audax Group. He was with Go2Net from 1997 to 2001 and part of the financial team that worked on its sale to InfoSpace.
