What else should Steve Ballmer buy?

Some fun feedback on Monday's column about Ballmer's options, in case he decides to keep shopping.
"I've always thought that MS should just buy Ford or GM or something ... revolutionize the way they do business ... and then spin them off in 5 years.
I think that they could put a little bit of effort into saving Detroit.
And I think that a blank slate -- with Microsoft technology ... would go a long way to bringing Microsoft tech to the real world.
Or how about Microsoft buys AMD / ATI? That would be a steal!!!"
I hadn't thought of that one, but Ballmer already has some connections with Ford, and he probably knows Alan Mulally ...
