Daniel K, you've just stumbled on Devericks's main strategy for his cartooning.

Don't let Zack fool you, he's one of my most frequent visitors. Nice to see you posting again Zack!
That's always the position of someone who disagrees with what I have to say. "You must not have really understood this." You assume that a person couldn't possibly have a different opinion. Instead, how about you tell me why I'm wrong.

For one thing Eric, the Gov has never taken cash in exchange for any action while in office. You were, I expect thinking about Dino who in fact did so when last he was in office. It is Dino who earned hundreds of thousands more than the proportionate split when he invested in an apartment deal with powerful lobbyists while chair of Ways and Means. And after holding office if was Dino who took pay of over 100,000 from BIAW by way of Forward WA while campaigning. The PDC does not regulate payoffs, I am sad to say. Still, if you really took the time to examine the compact negotiated even the premise of your cartoon is false. Even if you can't see this though, it is Rossi who has directly taken cash, not the governor.

Quid pro quo - something of value in exchange for something of value. You scratch my back and I'll scratch yours.
Cash was donated to Gregoire/her campaign and she reciprocated with some of her largest donors.
Unfortunately, Zack and Daniel are shills for Gregoire and suffer from liberalism which is a mental disorder for which there is no known cure.

Let us be honest.
The D's stand for Filling the blue pages, making and taking payouts...
People should stop trying to pretend it is otherwise.

Dang Eric,
you got to stop drawing the Gov'nor that way. You're making her look almost cute.
It's nice to know that SOMEONE notices that the BIAW isn't the only slimey bunch in our state. Those payback the Gov'nor handed out cost each and everyone of us money. Defending her actions by denouncing Rossi's is total BS.
We need change in Washington DC and in Olympia in 2008. (and Seattle, King and Snohomish County too)

Kris, what is with that "[they] suffer from liberalism which is a mental disorder for which there is no known cure" comment? Are you suggesting being a conservative is a great cure? These last 7.5 years have said otherwise (too long to list). But these day's, liberalism is like racing a 2-legged dog while conservatism is shooting the dog before the race. Maybe you're just ignorant!
I do support Eric coming on his own forum and posting. Pretty friggin' sweet. Why doesn't Zack give some more facts/answers? I'm no Eric apologist, but for goodness sake, give some facts before you attack someone. Its nowhere near as bad here as it is over in David Horseys (PI) section...
