Name one restaurant: Where do you take out-of-towners?

My cousin Paul and his lovely wife, Noelle, were in town this week from Philadelphia visiting family (me, albeit all too briefly) and friends (including Noelle's best chum from college, who grew up here). And there I was, faced with the question I'm so often asked: "If you were going to show off one great restaurant to out-of-towners, which would it be?"
