This just in from that major Washington wine event Taste Washington! , part of this weekend's festivities at the Bell Harbor Conference Center. These restaurant wine-award winners were announced only minutes ago, and if I were tech-savvy enough to figure out how to get those strange symbols off every restaurant with "Cafe" in its name, trust me, I would have.
